The Court of Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi, has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of accused Sufiyan, Manager of M/s Haroon Brothers Steel, Asif Town, Sialkot Road, Gujranwala, to answer a complaint in Case No. 247/2023 (FIR No. 14/2023-R&D) alleging offences under the Customs Act, 1969.
The accused, reported to be absconding, is required to appear before the Court at Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 13 July 2026 at 08:30 AM.
