Issuer: Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC). FIEDMC invites sealed bids for public auction of condemned/surplus official vehicles on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis. Sealed bids must be submitted by 26 August 2026, 11:00 AM at the FIEDMC Office (Main Entrance), M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Inspection: Vehicles may be inspected on working days from 10 August 2026 to 25 August 2026 during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City.

Key submission and eligibility points:
- Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and accompanied by token money equal to 5% of the reserve price in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of FIEDMC. No bid will be accepted without the required token money.
- Participants must present original CNIC and submit an attested copy with complete address and contact details prior to commencement of auction.
- Successful bidder is required to deposit 25% of the total bid price within seven (7) working days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance; the remaining balance is to be deposited as per FIEDMC terms.
- All vehicles are sold strictly on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis; FIEDMC will not be responsible for mechanical defects, missing parts or documentation discrepancies after acceptance of bid.
- FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel or postpone the auction as per applicable rules.
