Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the public auction disposal of used official vehicles on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" basis. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2022-08-26 up to 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad.

How to participate & important terms
- Vehicles are sold strictly on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis; FIEDMC is not responsible for mechanical defects, missing parts, or documentation discrepancies.
- Inspection: Working days from 10-Aug-2022 to 25-Aug-2022 during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the FIEDMC site office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad.
- Submission: Submit sealed bids to the FIEDMC office by 26-Aug-2022, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Earnest/Token Money: 5% of the reserve price (shown in the table) must accompany the bid in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of FIEDMC. Successful bidder will be required to pay the prescribed deposit (25% of bid) immediately and the balance within the period specified by FIEDMC; failure will lead to forfeiture of deposits.
- Other conditions: Incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be accepted. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to cancel or suspend the auction without assigning any reason.
