PHE Orakzai Division E-Tender: AOM&R Civil & Electrical/Mechanical Works in Orakzai

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Orakzai (PHE Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Electronic bids are invited through E-PADS for Annual Operation, Maintenance & Repair (AOM&R) civil and electrical/mechanical works in Orakzai districts.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Download bidding documents from the official website of E-PADS: kp.eprocure.gov.pk (and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA site as applicable). Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS.

- Registration: Bidders/contractors must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status. PEC enlistment and appropriate PEC codes are mandatory: CE-09 for civil; EE-04, EE-05, EE-11 and ME-07 for electrical/mechanical and repair of electric machinery and solar works.

- Physical submission: Original bid security (and any additional security), tender form fees (in form of call deposit receipt in favor of the undersigned) must be deposited in the office of the undersigned via registered post/courier before the last date/time of bid submission.

- Bidders quoting rates 20% or more below the Engineer's estimate must submit a detailed rate analysis. Operational workshop certificate from the concerned sub-divisional officer is mandatory. Bidders must have operational workshops for mechanical works within the District/Hangu where applicable.

- Other conditions include compliance with KP-PPRA rules, bids to be submitted/uploaded through EPADS before last date/time, and non-compliant or incomplete/conditional bids will be considered non-responsive.

Submission & opening dates:

- Last date and time for submission of electronic tender: 2026-09-10 at 12:00 Noon.

- Date and time of opening: 2026-09-10 at 12:30 Noon.

How to apply: Submit electronic bids through EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Ensure physical originals of bid security and required documents reach the Executive Engineer’s office before the closing time.
