C&W Department District Orakzai Invites Tenders for College Infrastructure Works (2 Packages)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa – Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Building Division, District Orakzai invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope E‑PAD System from eligible firms in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the following works related to provision of additional academic infrastructure and missing facilities in government colleges (Merger Districts).

Key instructions: bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents; tender entry fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost in the form of a separate CDR (non‑refundable) is required; bidding documents and bid submission instructions are available from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division, District Orakzai and via the department website; bids to be submitted as per E‑PAD single stage single envelope procedure.
