Irrigation Department Multan Corrigendum — Tender Submission Extended to 31-Aug-2026

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department — Office of the Executive Engineer, Machinery Division, Multan.

Purpose: Corrigendum announcing an extension of the bid submission date and upload of amended bidding documents for a previously advertised tender (referencing original Tender Notice and PPRA/e-Procurement entries IPL-7453 and IPL-7771). The competent authority has approved amendments and extensions to the bidding documents and timelines; amended documents will be uploaded to the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and the PPRA website.

Key instructions and clarifications:

1. Clarifications/observations received from prospective bidders have been examined and will be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) and on the PPRA website.

2. The Bidding Documents, as amended consequent upon the aforesaid clarifications, shall likewise be uploaded on the e-P and on the PPRA website.

3. All prospective bidders are directed to download the amended Bidding Documents and to quote their bids strictly in accordance therewith.

4. Bids submitted on the previously uploaded (un-amended) Bidding Documents shall be treated as non-responsive.

Terms & submission procedure:

- Bids must be uploaded electronically using the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://proc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx).

- Bids will be opened publicly at the designated time and place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- All other terms, conditions, and technical specifications remain as outlined in the original Tender Notice under IPL-7453 unless otherwise amended by this Corrigendum and any addendum.
