SUI Master Plan Package-II Sewerage (Zones A–E) — Tender (Bid Opening 2026-08-31)

Project Director, Master Plan Sui Town invites electronic bids for execution of sewerage works under SUI Master Plan Package-II for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

- Eligibility: presence on the Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. Completion of similar assignments and financial capacity (turnover) as specified in the bidding documents are required. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code is required as specified in each bidding document.

- Fees and securities: Tender fee PKR 2,000 payable by green challan (Account # C02716). Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be provided as CDR/Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

- Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system; bids will be opened on the EPPS system at the date and time stated in each bidding document.

- Tender documents and NIT can be obtained/viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.
