KWSSIP-II (Karachi) International Tender — Four Large-Diameter Sewer/Pipeline Works (4 Lots)

Issuer: Project Implementation Unit (PIU), KWSSIP-II, Karachi (KW&SC). International competitive procurement (Request for Bids) under World Bank/ IPF Procurement Regulations (September 2023).

Purpose: Construction / rehabilitation of large-diameter sewer / pipeline sections divided into four contract lots. Two-envelope bidding (separate Technical and Financial parts). Bidders must meet eligibility and qualification requirements as set out in the Bidding Documents (see Section III / BDS).

• Procurement Method: International Competitive Procurement (RFB) in accordance with Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Sept 2023).
• Bidding Documents: Two-part bid (Technical Part and Financial Part). Submit original and required copies as specified in the bidding documents. Technical and Financial parts must be sealed separately.
• Bid Security / other conditions: As specified in the Bidding Documents (bid security and detailed submission requirements are in the Tender Documents).
• Submission / Opening: Bids to be delivered to the PIU address below by the deadline shown in the bidding documents. Late bids will be rejected.
