| 9 | Non-blacklisting: An affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private sector organization. |
Submission details
Interested firms must submit sealed technical proposals along with the financial envelope. Documents must be submitted directly to the CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad (Adjacent to Ayub Medical College, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad). For purchase of tender documents and further information the CPSP Head Office Karachi is also listed as a point of contact.
