Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids for disposal of condemned / surplus official vehicles by open public auction on an “AS-IS-WHERE-IS” basis.
Auction & submission details
- Submission deadline: sealed bids must be submitted by 2016-08-26 up to 11:00 AM at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwalana Interchange, Tehsil Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad.
- Opening: Bids will be opened the same day (2016-08-26) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Inspection: Vehicles may be inspected from 10 August 2016 to 25 August 2016 during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the FIEDMC site.
Key requirements
- Vehicles will be sold on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis; FIEDMC will not be responsible for mechanical defects or any missing parts.
- Participating bidders must present original CNIC and submit an attested copy along with their complete address and contact details prior to commencement of the auction.
- A refundable token/earnest money (amounts shown in the table below) is required as indicated against each vehicle (pay order / demand draft as per instructions available at the FIEDMC office).
- The auction will be conducted under applicable rules and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) requirements; FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
