NBP Invitation to E-Bid: Supply of 2kVA, 5kVA and 6kVA UPS Units - Deadline 2026-09-02

Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). NBP invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and with Income Tax and Provincial Tax departments for supply of UPS units for NBP branches across Pakistan.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, are available electronically and can be downloaded from the National Bank of Pakistan website (www.nbp.com.pk/TENDER) and from the E-PADS / PPRA website.

Submission method and deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS 2.0 on or before 2026-09-02 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened on the same day (2026-09-02) at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders who opt to participate at:

Bid security and submission of originals: Original Bid Security Instrument MUST be submitted to the Office of the Departmental Head Tender, Procurement Division, LCMC, 3rd Floor, NBP Head Office Building, I. I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid will not be opened.

Eligibility: Only original contractors registered with PEC and with Income Tax and Provincial Tax departments are eligible to bid.
