Bid security and opening: A bid security in the form of a pay order in favour of "Jinnah Sindh Medical University" must be submitted with the bid; bid securities will be withheld until finalization of the hiring process. Bids will be opened in the presence of the concerned committee and the bidder's representative. Late submissions will not be accepted. JSMU representatives will visit proposed properties before awarding the contract.
