CPSP Tender: Hiring Construction Contractor for Regional Centre D.I. Khan

College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from reputable construction contractors for work at the CPSP Regional Centre D.I. Khan. Firms must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.

Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms with 2% bid security of the bid value (refundable if unsuccessful). Tender documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of “College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan”). Bids will be opened on the same day as submission.

Mandatory submission requirements:

• Company profile: name, permanent address, valid phone, e-mail, and fax.
• Legal status: if applicable, partnership deed/articles of association and power of attorney.
• Financial stability: audited bank statement/balance sheets for the last three (03) years.
• Track record: list of similar projects completed within the last five years with local materials and indigenous building techniques, indicating project cost and completion period.
• Client satisfaction: satisfactory completion certificates from clients.
• Human resources: availability of key technical staff, including an architect, structural engineer, site engineer, and quantity surveyor.
• Taxation: proof of FBR registration and NTN number, including last income tax return.
• Professional licensing: certificate of registration with PEC as a construction contractor (where applicable).
• Non-blacklisting certificate: firm must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with any client.
