Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids for public auction of condemned/surplus official vehicles on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-08-26 up to 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad.

Key auction terms:
- Vehicles are sold strictly on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" basis and FIEDMC is not responsible for mechanical defects, parts, or documentation discrepancies.
- Inspection: Working days from 2026-08-10 to 2026-08-25 during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City.
- Submission: Sealed bids must be delivered by 2026-08-26, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Earnest/Token Money: 5% of the reserve price must be submitted with the bid as Demand Draft/Pay Order (refundable for unsuccessful bidders). Bids must include original CNIC and an attested copy.
- Payment: Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately (cash/Pay Order/Bank Draft) and the remaining 75% within seven (7) working days; otherwise the deposit may be forfeited and the offer cancelled.
- Taxes/Charges: Applicable taxes including Income Tax and other government taxes/levies will be deducted at source as per law. Transfer/registration costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids and to annul the auction in accordance with applicable rules.
