Inspector General of Police, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab invites e-bids for procurement of repair & maintenance of transport and lubricants on a framework contract basis. Bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers, JVs if applicable) must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax), possess professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bid security: 3% of the estimated amount for each lot; bid securities must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed.
