District Council Sahiwal invites sealed rate quotations for Framework Contract(s) for FY 2026-27. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPS) with rates quoted according to market rates. Bidders must be registered with NTN, STRN and hold a valid Professional Tax Certificate. All bidding documents are available for download on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and the Punjab PPRA website. Submission and upload of bids will be through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal only.
