Irrigation Department Multan — Corrigendum: Extension of Bid Submission Date & Upload of Amended Bidding Documents

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department — Office of the Executive Engineer, Machinery Division, Multan (Executive Engineer, IPL-8391).

Purpose: Corrigendum announcing extension of the bid submission deadline and upload of amended bidding documents for the referenced tender. Earlier references include Tender Notice IPP-7453 and Corrigendum under IPL-7771; the e-procurement date was previously revised.

Key instructions and clarifications:

1. Clarifications and observations received from prospective bidders and the minutes of the pre-bid meeting (if any) will be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-proc) and the PPRA website.

2. The bidding documents, as amended consequent upon the aforesaid clarifications, shall likewise be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website.

3. All prospective bidders are directed to download the amended bidding documents and quote their bids strictly in accordance with those amended documents.

4. Bids submitted on previously uploaded (un-amended) bidding documents shall be treated as non-responsive.

- Bids must be uploaded electronically using the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.

- Bids will be opened publicly at the designated time and place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- All other terms, conditions and technical specifications outlined in the original Tender Notice under IPL-7453 shall remain unchanged except as amended by this Corrigendum and the Addendum to the Bidding Documents.
