Sui Master Plan: Tender for Sewerage Packages (Zones A–E) — Bid Opening 2026-08-31

Issuer: Project Director, Master Plan Sui Town. Invitation to bid for execution of sewerage works under Sui Master Plan for Year 2026 on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 (percentage rates).

Procurement will be carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility requirements (as stated): presence in the Active Tax Payers List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code; completion of similar assignments and demonstrable turnover as detailed in the bidding documents.

Fees and securities: Tender documents require a deposit of PKR 2,000 via green challan (Account # C02716). Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR or Bank Guarantee (deposit at call) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bids must accompany the specified bid security. Tender documents (NIT & Bidding Document) can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the ePPS system; bids will be opened on the dates and times mentioned in each bidding document.
