Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed competitive bids for the disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stocks lying in rice mills, grain merchants/warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. Stocks were sealed under anti-hoarding action and will be sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis.

| Eligibility | Flour mills, registered grain traders, feed millers, industrial users and other entities approved by the Competent Authority. Bidders must hold valid CNIC, NTN, Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) and must not be blacklisted by any government department. |
| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect sealed stocks at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submitting bids. No claims on quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after bid submission. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 20,000,000 (Rs. 20.00 Million) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management, Balochistan. |
| Payment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weighment. Payment will be made on the basis of actual weighment and certified by concerned authorities. Purchaser is responsible for removal, handling, transportation and all incidental charges. Full sale price and applicable taxes must be deposited as required before removal. |
| Bidding Process | Open competitive sealed bidding. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Bids submitted on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. |
| Submission & Opening | Sealed bids to be submitted and will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM. |
