Public Auction — Dry/Useless Trees at Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand (17 Sep 2026)

The Director Training, Agriculture Extension Sindh (Hyderabad), through the Principal of the Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand, invites sealed applications and bids for the auction of dry/useless trees standing at the Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand. Applications are accepted between 2026-08-24 and 2026-09-08. The public auction will be held on 2026-09-17 at 12:00 PM in front of the designated committee at the Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand.

Key Requirements & Terms

1. Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the specified trees at any time before bidding.

2. Application: Each bidder must submit a copy of their CNIC with an application and a non-refundable deposit of PKR 5,000 during the application period (2026-08-24 to 2026-09-08).

3. Initial Payment: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day of auction.

4. Final Payment: Remaining 75% must be paid after complete cutting and removal of the trees as per institute directions.

5. Submission: Applicants must submit their applications to the Principal's office at the Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand, and obtain a receipt before the deadline.

6. Default & Rights: Failure to pay within specified times may result in cancellation of the bid. The Agricultural Training Institute, Sakrand reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. If no contractor shows interest, the institute may conduct the cutting itself.
