Issuer: Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA).
Purpose: All allottees of industrial and commercial plots with pending outstanding dues or installments are required to clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice.
Penalty & consequences: A 5% penalty, as per GIEDA allotment rules, will be imposed on installments not deposited within prescribed due dates. Failure to clear dues within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot to another applicant in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy.
