E-Bidding Notice: Flood Protection Embankments (Paniala & Wando Lohani) — Recharge Pakistan, Dera Ismail Khan

Issuer: Executive Engineer / Project Director, Recharge Pakistan, Irrigation Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System) in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) for construction works under the Recharge Pakistan programme (Ecosystem-based Adaptation and Green Infrastructure for Integrated Flood Risk Management — Irrigation Component).

Eligibility: Eligible Contractors/Firms registered/renewed with the Provincial Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27. Required PEC category: CE-04. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost plus applicable stamp duty (amounts shown below).

Completion period: As per work order.
