FIEDMC Public Auction — 12 Used Official Vehicles | Bids due 2026-08-26

Issuer: Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC). Purpose: Open public auction for disposal of condemned/surplus official vehicles on an “AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.

Submission deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-08-26 up to 11:00 AM at the FIEDMC Office (Main Entrance), M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahanawala Interchange, Faisalabad. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Inspection is allowed at the FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City, from 10-08-2026 to 25-08-2026 during office hours (09:00 AM–04:00 PM).

Bid / payment essentials (as stated):

• Each bid must be accompanied by token money equal to 5% of the reserve price in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favor of FIEDMC.
• Bidders must present original CNIC and submit an attested copy with their bid, plus complete address and contact details.
• Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount (less token) immediately and pay the remaining amount within the period specified in the terms (failure may result in forfeiture).
• Vehicles are sold “AS-IS-WHERE-IS.” FIEDMC is not responsible for mechanical defects, missing parts or documentation.
• All applicable taxes (Income Tax, Stamp Duty, etc.) will be borne by the purchaser.
