The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals through EPADS v2.0 to hire an independent transaction advisor firm for legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding the amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Proposals must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM (opening at 12:30 PM the same day). Bid security (Pay Order, Call at Deposit or Demand Draft) is required.
