The Project Director, Establishment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Information and Service Delivery Unit Project (KP-HISDU) invites proposals from eligible manpower outsourcing companies/firms with demonstrable experience in ICT projects for deployment of technical human resources for development of software modules for the Health Department under a framework contract.
A pre-bid meeting will be held and bidders' representatives who wish to attend may be present. An earnest money (bid security) is required; bid security must be furnished to the procuring entity before bid closing and full details are provided in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
