Key submission & bidding instructions
- Bids are invited through the E-pads web portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Eligible bidders must also submit original bid documents by courier to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Buner, by the specified time and date.
- Earnest money: @0.03% of the tender cost (with stamp duty). Original earnest money/call deposit must be made in the name of the undersigned and sent with the original bid.
- Tender documents received by courier must be received by 12:00 P.M.; bids will be opened the same date at 12:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Eligibility & requirements
- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with CE-09 & CE-10 codes.
- Valid registration/renewal with Provincial Enlistment Committee for year 2026-27.
- Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and active taxpayer status.
- Bid security and additional security as per KPPRA notification SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022 (ref: 6058-71).
- Bidders must upload and attach hard copies of relevant documents: PEC, CNIC, C&W Enlistment/License, KPPRA CDR, and rate above/below AT PAR form. Incorrect or false information will lead to disqualification.
Other conditions
- All federal and provincial duties/stamp duties/taxes including sales tax will be recovered as per government directives.
- Noncompliance with any term and condition will result in rejection of the bid. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
