FIEDMC Public Auction — Used Official Vehicles (Submission by 2026-08-26)

Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids for disposal of condemned/surplus official vehicles by open public auction. Vehicles are sold strictly on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Sealed bids must be submitted to the FIEDMC office at M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwanala Interchange, Faisalabad by 26 August 2026 up to 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders.

Key inspection, bid and payment details:

• Inspection: Working days from 10 August 2026 to 25 August 2026, 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM at FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwanala Interchange, Faisalabad.
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-26 by 11:00 AM. Bid opening: 2026-08-26 at 11:30 AM.
• Bid security (token money): 5% of the reserve price (to be submitted with the sealed bid as Demand Draft/Pay Order along with a copy of bidder's CNIC).
• Successful bidder: 25% of the bid amount to be deposited immediately (on the spot) and the remaining 75% within seven (7) working days, as specified by FIEDMC. Payments must be made in the prescribed manner (Cash/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of FIEDMC).
• All applicable government taxes (including Income Tax under relevant laws) are payable by the buyer. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
