Bank AL Habib Limited Tender: Sale of 46 Gensets (Bids Due 2026-08-17)

Bank AL Habib Limited (Principal Office, Karachi) invites sealed bids for the sale of forty-six (46) used diesel gensets of various ratings on an "As is where is basis." Interested parties may inspect gensets at the specified locations on the given dates and submit bids as instructed.

Submission & payment instructions

Bids must be submitted on the prescribed Tender Form (available free of cost at the mentioned locations). Bidders may bid for single or all gensets as per interest. Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 5% of the offered amount in the form of Pay Order / Cashier Cheque payable to Bank AL Habib Limited. Tenders can be sent by registered post or submitted in person.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked "Bid for Gensets" should be addressed to Group Head IT & Administration Division, Center Point Building, Off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway, Near KPT Interchange Flyover, Qayyumabad, Karachi.

Other terms

• Successful bidder(s) must pay the remaining 95% amount along with Advance Tax & Sale Price within seven (07) days of award. If the buyer fails to do so, the earnest money (5%) will be forfeited and the sale may be cancelled.
• Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
• Bank AL Habib Limited reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids, negotiate, re-schedule sale of fresh bids, or cancel the process without assigning any reason. No bidder shall have the right to challenge the auction/sale process in any court of law.
