Government Maternity Hospital (GMH), Peshawar invites electronic bids via EPADS (single-stage, single-envelope) from bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for supply/furnishing for FY 2026-27. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS before 2026-09-10 and will be opened electronically at 10:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Government Maternity Hospital, Peshawar.

Key terms:
- Bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing date. Late bids will be treated as non-responsive.
- Procurement will follow KPPRA Rules (2014) and e-PA/EPADS regulations. Bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), properly sealed, marked and submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent before closing time.
- Bids must include valid Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA registration/certificates where applicable.
- Bid validity: 60 days after submission. Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.
- Preference will be given to local firms/suppliers and to the nearest pharmacy/medical store for local medicine purchases; successful bidders must ensure timely delivery (as prescribed) and maintain availability.
- Successful bidder(s) will sign an agreement with the Medical Superintendent, Government Maternity Hospital, Peshawar. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
