Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for supply contracts funded under FY 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted via ePADS v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope and Least Cost Selection (LCS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline. Original bid security and related documents must be submitted in sealed envelope to the Manager Material Management at PESCO head office prior to bid closing.

Key dates & submission: Electronic bids must be submitted via ePADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-31 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (ePADS) at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will be rejected.
Bid security & original documents: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Original Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee (as per bid requirements) must be submitted in sealed envelope to Manager Material Management, Room #311, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, before bid closing time; otherwise bids will be treated as non-responsive.
Procurement method & conditions: Single Stage-One Envelope, Least Cost Selection (LCS). Bidders must follow detailed terms, conditions, specifications and quantities available in bidding documents on ePADS v2.0. Incomplete bids or bids without required original documents (bid security, samples if requested) will be rejected.
How to participate / registration: Registration and submission must be made through ePADS v2.0. Vendors who are not yet registered should register at the ePADS portal and follow the registration instructions available on the portal. Bidding documents are also available on PESCO and PPRA websites.
