WAPDA Medical Services Tender: Framework Agreement for Supply of Medicines (Bid No. 893)

WAPDA Medical Services invites sealed bids for a Framework Agreement for the supply of medicines to all WAPDA health units (Bid No. 893). Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004; bids are open to prequalified bidders who are manufacturers or sole distributors/importers of pharmaceutical items registered as drugs under the Drugs Act 1976 and who are registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and listed on the FBR active taxpayers list.

All bids must include a bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of CDR/Payorder/DD/Bank Guarantee. Tender documents are available free at www.wapda.gov.pk or from the WAPDA Medical Directorate on payment of Rs. 1,000 during office hours. Submit the original sealed bid to WAPDA Medical Directorate, WAPDA Hospital Complex, 210 Ferozepur Road, Lahore by 2026-07-24 at 11:00 AM; the technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 AM.
