PASSCO Tender for Transportation Services to Shift Wheat to Multan and Khanewal Godowns (PASSCO/PROCUREMENT/02/2026)

Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites electronic bids for hiring transportation services to shift approximately 40,000–90,000 MT (±15%) of wheat from PASSCO Alipur Zone to PASSCO godowns in Multan, Khanewal and other zones. Bidders must quote rates per ton per km inclusive of loading/unloading, labour, POL, taxes and tolls. A Bid Security of Rs.5,000,000 and a Performance Security of 5% of the contracted amount will be required.

Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and will be received until 12:30 Hours on 2026-07-23, with opening at 13:00 the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-15 at 12:00; last date to purchase bidding documents is 2026-07-22. Bid documents (non-refundable Rs.5,000) are available from Manager (Cash), PASSCO Head Office, 11 Kashmir Road, Lahore. Original bid security must reach the office before bid opening.
