Final Show-Cause Notice to Operation Theatre Attendant Azaan Ali — Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad

The Medical Superintendent of Liaquat University Hospital, Hyderabad / Jamshoro has issued a final show-cause notice to Azaan Ali (son of the late Imran), Operation Theatre Attendant, who has been absent without authorization since 2025-07-25. A prior notice (letter no. 6662/67-/11 LUHES dated 22-01-2026) was sent by courier to House No. 43-B, Mohalla Samanabad, Bhitai Town, Qasimabad, Hyderabad.

Mr. Azaan Ali is directed to respond to this notice within 14 days of its publication explaining why he should not be dismissed from government service; failure to reply will result in an ex-parte decision. He may appear in person to present his position.
