The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) announces a public auction of seized goods to be held in Gujranwala on 2026-07-13 at 12:00. A total of 75 seized items are listed with an indicated sale value of Rs. 65,000. The auction will be conducted openly under Rule 20(5) of PERA procedures.
Bidders may inspect items before the auction. Sales are on an "As Is, Where Is" basis. The highest bidder must immediately deposit the sale price by cash, pay order, bank draft, online transfer, or other approved mode; any remaining balance must be paid within three (03) days. Delivery of items will be made after full payment and issuance of a delivery note signed and sealed by the hearing officer; the hearing officer's decision is final.
