Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids for disposal of condemned/surplus official vehicles by open public auction on an “AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS” basis. Sealed bids must be submitted at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad.

Key dates & submission: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-08-26 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at FIEDMC Office in the presence of bidders.
Inspection: Vehicles may be inspected on working days from 10 August 2026 to 25 August 2026 during office hours (09:00–16:00) at FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad.
Payment & participation requirements: All vehicles are offered AS-IS-WHERE-IS. Bidders must deposit refundable token money equal to 5% of the reserve price as Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of FIEDMC and submit an attested copy of original CNIC with the bid. Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the auction day (cash/Pay Order/Bank Draft) and the remaining balance as per the auction terms. Token money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded as per terms.
Other terms: FIEDMC is not responsible for mechanical defects, missing parts or documentation discrepancies. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or cancel the auction in accordance with applicable rules.
