Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad Tender Notice — Construction, Renovation, Equipment & Supplies (Aug–Sep 2026)

Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute (MTI-ATH), Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms in accordance with KP-PRRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must register and submit bids through KP e-Procure (KP-EPADs). Original hard copies of bid security, tender fee receipt and required attested documents must be submitted physically before the closing date and time.

Key instructions & requirements:

- Tender documents and bid submission must be processed through KP e-Procure (KP-EPADs): https://kp.epprocure.gov.pk. Unregistered bidders may view documents at https://ath.gov.pk/new-tenders.

- Tender fee: Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable). Tender fee receipt (or bank draft) along with original hard copy of bid security and original attested stamp paper must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope marked with the name of the tender before the closing date/time. Failure to submit required originals will render the bid non-responsive.

- Bids submitted without completion of KP-EPAD registration and electronic submission will not be entertained.

- Pre-Bid Meeting: 2026-08-19 at 10:00 Hrs in the Hospital Director's conference room.

- If the tender opening date is declared a public/gazetted holiday or the office remains closed, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
