Tender: Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Networks in Urban Areas of Bajaur (3 Packages)

Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), District Bajaur invites sealed e-bids through EPADS / eprocure for augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in urban areas of MNDs under ADP (2025/26). Bidding will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Documents are available on the eprocure portal and KP-PPRA website.

Eligibility & Key Requirements

- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C5 or above with required specialization codes as listed in the NIT.
- Certificate of sole proprietorship or Form-H as AOP, or registration with SECP as Private Limited Company.
- Registration with Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (where applicable).
- Centralized enlistment with C&W Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Active registration with Federal Board of Revenue (NTN) and Sales Tax (STR).
- Active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
- Submission of audited reports for the last three years; audit reports must match tax returns and include UDIN.
- ISO-9001 certificate.

Submission & Other Instructions

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS/eprocure portal as per instructions in the NIT.
- Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required (shown above per package).
- Physical bids/bid securities and other documents required by the NIT must be delivered as instructed in the tender document to the office of the Assistant Director (Sr), LG&RDD District Bajaur before the closing time.
- Bid validity: 120 days from bid closing date.
