College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under a One-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from reputable construction contractors for works at the CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad (with association to CPSP HQ Karachi). Firms must have a minimum of 5 years' documented experience in similar work.
Tender fee & purchase: Tender documents (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad or CPSP Head Office Karachi on written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) payable by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of "College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan".
Bid submission & security: Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes. Each submission must include Bid Security equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft drawn in favour of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
