The National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), Islamabad invites bids for the supply of stationery, computer stationery and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible suppliers must be GST/NTN-registered, on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and comply with PPRA Rules.
Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS portal with bid security of 1.5% (refundable) in the form of pay order/bank draft in favour of DOO NACTA; a scanned copy of the earnest money should be uploaded to EPADS and the original submitted as required.
