Tender: Construction of Black Top Road from Plantak to Kamanrod (15 km) — District Washuk

Issuer: Executive Engineer Roads, CWPP&H Department, District Washuk.

The department invites electronic bids for execution of road works for Year 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates.

Tender fee: 1,500 PKR. Bid security: 2% of bid in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the under-signed.

Eligibility & Pre-qualification: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work. Minimum turnover: 314,024,685 PKR. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to 500 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements; Drainage & Retaining Structure). Green challan verified by Treasury Officer.
