Issuer: Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Office of the Director Marketing, Public Housing Scheme Marketing Unit.
Purpose: Final notice to allottees who have not cleared outstanding dues for their allotted units. Allottees are required to pay their outstanding dues within 07 days of this publication. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the allotment and forfeiture of the prescribed amount as per the terms and conditions of allotment.
Action required: Pay outstanding dues and applicable surcharge. The surcharge must also be paid by the bidder along with O.V.
Additional note: Other defaulting allottees are advised to clear their dues immediately as their cases are being processed for cancellation.
