Office of the Mukhtarkar, Taluka Umerkot — Public Notice under Section 40 Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967 for Re-examination and Correction of Records (Deh Kaith, Tapo Kaith)

Office of the Mukhtarkar, Taluka Umerkot, District Umerkot is issuing a public notice under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967 announcing a special review, verification and re-writing/correction of land records (Record of Rights and Register of Mutations, Form VII) for Deh Kaith and Tapo Kaith. This action is taken pursuant to the Board of Revenue Sindh full board meeting of 28-02-2025 and order No. Misc/RW/BOR/2026/Rev-I/(II)36 dated 12-02-2026; the process is being placed on the electronic platform w.UKT.gos.pk.

All khata-holders of the listed survey numbers in Deh Kaith and Tapo Kaith who have objections regarding name, survey number, ownership or any other entry must file their written objection at the office of the Mukhtarkar or the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Umerkot within fifteen (15) days of this notice (notice dated 2026-07-14). Khata-holders are requested to submit a copy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) so CNIC information can be correctly recorded in the new register; if no objection is filed within the stipulated period the records will be re-written with names as per CNIC.
