Key vendor requirements and conditions:
1) Provide unit price, applicable tax, quantity, total price for each item, and grand total in PKR. All applicable taxes (including GST) must be clearly indicated and included in the quoted price.
2) Brand name and/or make of each quoted item must be clearly mentioned.
3) Vendors must be registered with FBR and have Active Taxpayer Status (NTN). Submit a copy of valid FBR/NTN registration certificate or relevant registration document with the quotation.
4) Quoted prices must include transportation, loading/unloading, and delivery charges up to the delivery address below.
5) All items must be new, unused, and of the specified brand.
6) Quotation must state validity and delivery period.
7) Mira Power Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with its procurement requirements.
Submission instructions: Sealed quotations with required documents must be submitted within 14 days of the advertisement to: Mira Power Limited, Mezzanine Floor, 15-E Rehmat Center, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad.
