IESCO Tender Notice 2026-27 — Supply of 100/200/630 kVA Pad-Mounted Transformers (Rawalpindi)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids for the year 2026-27 from firms/manufacturers registered with WAPDA/NTDC or having valid prototype approval (if applicable) for the supply of pad-mounted distribution transformers on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi.

Tender submission and opening:

- E-bids will be received until 2026-09-04 at 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions and submission requirements:

- Only e-bids are acceptable. Bidders must apply through the E-PADS online portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk) and upload all mandatory information required in the bidding documents.

- Tenders will be processed on a Single-Stage One-Envelope basis.

- Prices must be firm and final on DDP basis and should not involve foreign exchange adjustments.

- Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security/guarantee (as specified above for each tender) must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

- Bid security must be in original form (Bank Guarantee/CDR) issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (rating A+ or above) in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad and submitted before bid closing time.

- IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
