University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors/authorized dealers registered with sales tax and income tax for printing of MCQ response forms and procurement of paper reams, stationery, miscellaneous items, and original toners for MDCAT 2026. Single-stage two-envelope bidding will be used; financial and technical proposals must be submitted separately via ePADS/PPRA Punjab.
Bids must include bid security (2% as per PPRA Rule 27) in the form of bank guarantee/CDR/Bank Cheque drawn in favour of Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Bids will be submitted on ePADS/PPRA Punjab by 03:00 PM on 2026-06-30 and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day by the Tender Committee in the presence of participating firms' representatives. Procurement will follow PPRA Punjab rules. Bidding documents are available on the UHS website and PPRA Punjab portal from the date of publication.
