Key submission and opening dates:

• E-bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-07-04 at 11:00 AM via the e-Punjab acquisition & disposal / e-Procurement portal. • Bids will be opened on 2026-07-04 at 11:30 AM.

Eligibility: Interested eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) / relevant e-Procurement portal and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments to participate.

Submission details: Original/copy of the Bid Security and required affidavit/documentation as prescribed must be submitted manually in a sealed envelope and should reach the procuring office before the bid opening time. Vendors are encouraged to complete e-PADS registration prior to participation.
