Tender: Procurement of Adventure Tourism Equipment & Adventure Tourism Trainings & Services — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority

Issuer: Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority (KPCTA). Invitation for e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement and services to support adventure tourism.

Key submission & procurement details:

- Submission platform: EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS.

- Bid submission deadline: 26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid opening: 26 August 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount, to be submitted as bid security separately for each package in favor of the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. A scanned copy of the original CDR must be uploaded on EPADS and the original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office on or before the bid submission deadline.

- Bidding documents: Can be obtained from the KPCTA office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 or downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA and KPCTA websites. Hard copies are not required except where specified.

- Pre-bid meeting: 17 August 2026 at 03:30 PM in the Conference Hall of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority.

- Eligibility & mandatory documents: Valid/renewed registration and recognized professional bodies (including FBR NTN & KPRA/STRN certificates). In case of companies, SECP certificate where applicable. Firms/companies must be active on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public, affirming the correctness of the information provided in the bidding documents.

- Other notes: No hard copy submissions of bidding documents are required at the KPCTA office; bids will be opened/downloaded from EPADS. Bids may be rejected as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
