United Bank Limited (UBL) has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of shareholders to be held on 2026-08-24 at 15:00 (3:00 PM) via electronic means (webinar / Webex / Zoom). The meeting will consider the matters set out in the company notice.
