A Public Sector Organization invites sealed bids to dispose of MS iron scrap on an "As and Where Basis" lying adjacent to Wapda Grid Station, Fateh Jang Bhatar / Wah Road (near village Ameer Khan), Fateh Jang.

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect the scrap and report at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee adjacent to Wapda Grid Station, Fateh Jang Bhatar / Wah Road, Fateh Jang at 1000 Hrs on 2026-09-01 (Tuesday).
Submission / Earnest Money: Submit sealed bids along with pay order / demand draft for earnest money equal to 25% of the bid amount before 1300 Hrs on 2026-09-03 (Thursday) at the Office of the Convener Auction Committee (address above).
Key Terms: Bids must remain valid for 90 days from opening. Earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after finalization. The successful bidder must pay 100% of the bid price plus all applicable taxes and lift the scrap/items within 30 days of approval; failure will result in forfeiture of 25% of the deposited amount and cancellation of the bid. Only bids for the complete lot will be accepted. Participants must present original valid CNIC with two photocopies at entry. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
