RUDA Tender — Infrastructure Development of 14.5 km Ravi Right Promenade (Two Packages)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope) from eligible contractors for infrastructure development of a total 14.5 km Right Promenade along River Ravi (from RD 00+000 near Fateh Rehan to RD 47+500 near Ravi Railway Bridge) in two packages. Works include construction of 3-lane dual carriageway, embankments, electrification works, drainage, ancillary works, and connectivity with Lahore Eastern Bypass (LEBP).

Payment terms: Payment for executed works will be made on a 50% deferred payment basis in accordance with the bidding documents.

Important conditions (summary):

• Bidding procedure will follow RUDA procurement regulations 2022; the Advertisement and Instructions to Bidders govern in case of ambiguity.
• Each bidder shall submit only one bid; joint ventures are allowed as per bidding documents.
• Bids must be accompanied by the bid security in PKR. The bid security shall be in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity.
• Bidding documents are purchasable from the RUDA office upon submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of bank draft in favor of "Ravi Urban Development Authority".
• Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day as submission in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
